One pup that stole everyone's heart was Prince, a sweet Labrador in training to become a therapy dog for a veteran. Learning about Prince’s journey made the experience even more meaningful and served as a touching reminder of the connection between service, healing, and community.

Just as CEDA helps stabilize households through energy assistance and other vital services, therapy dogs like Prince offer a unique kind of care—one rooted in presence, comfort, and companionship.
