回顾：2020年CEDA年会：授权与创新
在人权日，2020年12月10日，我们举办了虚拟年会2020：赋权与创新。会议汇集了我们的CEDA大家庭——由支持者、合作伙伴、员工、董事会、志愿者和客户组成的家庭——回顾这个重大的一年，并展望我们将如何在2021年加速变革。

CEDA赋能奖
CEDA赋权奖也在此活动上首次亮相！这些奖项表彰那些利用自己的声音赋予他人力量并加强社区凝聚力的人。通过分享有关CEDA服务的信息，我们的获奖者帮助他们的邻居们自立更生。此外，通过与他人分享他们的故事，我们的获奖者致力于消除人们因寻求帮助而常常感到的羞耻感。我们的CEDA赋权奖获奖者有：
伯尼达·达文波特-麦克怀特

安吉·科斯林
