Harold Rice Jr. has served as CEDA’s President & Chief Executive Officer since 2014. With over thirty years of business and non-profit leadership experience, he has a passion for organizational sustainability, operational excellence, and growth. Mr. Rice serves on the Boards of Directors for the Illinois Association of Community Action Agencies (IACAA), the National Community Action Foundation (NCAF), the Cook County Commission on Social Innovation, and the Illinois State Comptroller’s Advisory Board.
